My Action Plan To Consistency

Few small changes i made to my daily routine and I wish and pray that I grow the “Consistency Muscle” that enables me to come out of the woods.

  • I am determined to play a long game and not worry about short term circumstances
  • My goals and intentions are bold enough and are supported by my family
  • I have visual cues (posters) on my office-space wall that serve a constant reminder to me
  • I am reading voraciously, learning and implementing the knowledge, each and everyday
  • I am meditating everyday, even if its only for few minutes
  • I am journaling daily and this “Musings” section of my website is sort of a public journal
  • I am taking out time for exercise and a walk outdoors each and everyday

“Your past doesn’t define you, it prepares you.”
